A great size
I have a couple of cakes where I needed something larger than a 9 x 13 pan., and this pan was perfect. Great for pot lucks and larger family gatherings.
Great Pan & Price
The four pans came right when there were supposed to. One had some bad scratches on the inside though. We decided not to send it back though since we had a big function that we needed them for. We cooked quartered chickens for about 50 people in the four pans plus one other pan we had. They worked out great and cleaned up just fine. I took a picture of the scratched pan if you would like me to send it to you.
Exactly What I Expected
I give the pan this pan 4 stars because I got exactly what I was expecting. A low cost utilitarian baking/roasting pan that is cheap in terms of cost, yet constructed well enough to last many years. This pan is not heavy gauge, may warp at high heats, but is perfect for slow roasting bones/scraps/veggies for use in stock. It would also make sheet cakes very well. Actual external dimensions of the pan with handles folded down or against the pan are 11 15/16" W x 17 15/16" L x 2 1/8" H. Folding a handle out adds 1 1/4" to the length of the pan for a total length of just under 20 1/2" when both are folded out.
