Paderno World Cuisine 11.825 Inch Non-stick Crepe Pan



Perfect crepe pan!
Well, I was looking for a crepe pan to replace mine I brought from France when I moved to the US. The story is, I am from Brittany "Bretagne" where crepes were invented and where for sure you will find the best ones on this planet. Crepes are tradition over there and we have the costly professional "Billig" at my parents. It is the real one with gas heat that they use in all creperies. So I am kind of picky on my crepe pan. Furthermore I tried to do some for my friends many times with regular pans but it was always too small or sticky...

This pan did it for the first crepe. Usually, the first one is messed up because the pan is not hot enough or too sticky, but this one worked right away. The borders came loose by themselves which was a plus and it was easy to flip it. The trick is too adjust the heat temperature before you put the batter and then lower it once you flip it. Works OK
Works great for crepes, my primary use for this pan since the sides are so low. Other than that I take 1 star off because the handle got wobbly after a little while. I wish one of the high quality brands had a proper crepe pan.
