Anti jam Pan
Meets all the requirements I needed for replacement of the smaller pan associated with the smokenator. Holds water for a complete smoke for ribs (approximately 5 hours for 3 stands of ribs). The only drawback is it has to be set above the recessed area of the smokenator due to the size and depht of the pan. it gathered lots of soot from the smoke which took a bit of hard cleaning. The next time I smoke meat I will wrap the pan's exterior with foil which should solve that problem. (I hope). Other than that, it does the job. Thanks Len Ross
Bought it for the Smokenator 1000
If you own one, you know that the water pan is a hassle. I was able to fill this up and do a full 4 hour smoking without having to refill once. It was perfect.
A fine Steam Pan but....
I ordered mine from Restockit. The Pan is a fine stainless 1/4 size pan of the right depth, however.... it wasn't made by Excellante it was made in Korea by someone called the Thunder Group. So a fine pan, but the manufacture wasn't right.
