I line mine with plastic wrap, and that makes cleaning easy as well. Definitely recommend using this product for a beginner, it will make sushi making a lot easier, quicker, and uniform.

This is the greatest little sushi roller. It makes a single serving that does not allow you to consume too many calories and it is easy to use. LOVE IT! It also came quickly and in perfect condition. Thanks

I like it, but...
I like this product but its small, really small to me. But its an appropriate size for the traditional single ingredient roll, easy to clean.
