slick, safe
The Kairamic finish on this series of bakeware seems outstanding...very slick and nonstick, yet apparently inert and thus, safe. Unlike Teflon, etc. I love baking on this. It and its smaller cousins also work well in my dehydrator for drying all kinds of gooey foods such as fruit leather. A pleasure to use this pan.
Deceptive product description
"Made in China"
Yes, you read that right, this product has a sticker the size of a band aid on the back that proudly proclaims "Made in China", yet nowhere in the product description will you see that fact disclosed. Instead, you'll read the deceptive ad copy "Made to German Standards".
Excellent Purchase
This pan is inexpensive and works great. My cakes come out with no problem whatsoever. Can also be used for cookies.
